Full Refund (100%)
- Cancellation request within 24 hrs. from slot booking
- Journal unable to process the manuscript
- Duplicate payment cases
Partial Refund (70%)
- Withdrawal during manuscript preparation
No Refund
- After acceptance for publication
- During production or typesetting
- Once the article/book chapter/conference paper is published
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Individual Plans
- Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime
- Annual plans refundable within 30 days
- Prorated refunds available after 30 days
Institutional Plans
- Annual subscriptions non-refundable after 30 days
- Multi-user plans may allow partial refunds
- Custom enterprise agreements available
